Lansdown family Monmouth

I am researching the Lansdown family. I know Artur John Landown married Florence Coome in 1919, registered in Monmouth. I am finding difficulty in tracing Arther birth. There was a discrepancy in the surname with their first child Patricia as she is registerd as Lansdowne, but the rest of the children are Lansdmown. Did Arthur have any brothers and sisters? How can I find his parents?

Any help will be appreciated.

Steve
