James was born ca1799 & Edward ca1806 and both were river Severn plots. Both of them moved across the river to Berkeley where they lived. James married Sarah Eddell/Addell (a Berkeley lass) at Bristol St James in 1826 & Edward married Jane Margrate/Margrete (a Newnham girl) at Bristol St Augustine in 1834. Both James & Edward had 9 children each. I am trying to find the ancestors of James and also find a possible connection between James & Edward. After all Gatcombe was a very small hamlet!
