I would love to know if anyone ever solved this mystery!

Hannah Clutterbuck married Thomas Marshall (my 3rd great grandparents I believe!), ok I am still with it. They had a child Hannah Marshall(abt1822)who married Samuel parks.

Who is the younger Hannah Clutterbuck, or have I lost the plot completely?

Well it looks like she has to be the daughter of either Sam or Hannah Parks
sisters doesn't it? So we are now looking for a marriage between a female Parks and a Clutterbuck; or a female Marshall to a Clutterbuck. Better get the shovel out again!

There are far too many Hannah's in this conundrum!

Listen carefully - I will only say this once.

I have found the following marriage between Thomas MARSHALL & Hannah CLUTTERBUCK in 1819. I believe (at the moment) that these are the parents of Hannah MARSHALL b 1821 who married Samuel PARKS in 1844. So, I think I have established the Clutterbuck connection, but I don't see how Hannah Clutterbuck the younger could be a niece of Sam & Hannah Parks. A second cousin maybe?? Or am I missing something obvious? I've just noticed that Hannah Clutterbuck snr was a widow, so I don't know if this is her single or married name. Back to the detective work then!

The parish records search has had me working overtime the past two days! I guess it's been awhile since I last checked for online records for Gloucester.

Here is another family I am working on. They are related to my MALSON - CLUTTERBUCK line through a second marriage and half siblings. I'm still missing a lot of information on this line. I don't have access to census records (except the 1881 census) which would give approximate birth dates.
