Vaughan, William born about 1883

I am searching for my grandfather, William Vaughan's date of birth. He was the son of Richard Vaughan (1/31/1844) and Elizabeth Jenkins (5/12/1849). Brother of Walter, Julia, Elizabeth, Herbert, Richard, Sydney, Robert, Emma and Milson. I searched the parish records and did not find it.
William eventually settled in Canada. I have not been able to find when he left Ruardean.
Thank you.

Jean
