The Tom Trigg age 49 with Elizabeth 46 is not actually connected to those in this thread. He is Thomas Trigg 1861, son of William Trigg 1819 & Eliza Smallman. Thomas married Elizabeth Roberts in 1882 :

My great grandmother was Gertrude May (Gertie) Bennett, who married Thomas Richard Trigg in 1907. My grandfather, their son, was Donald Trigg born 1918.

Do you have that in your records as him as a brother of William?

I would love any other information you both may have on my great grandparents.

Hi Peter

The Thomas Albert Trigg who married your grandmother was the son of Thomas Richard Trigg and Gertrude (nee Bennett). Tom Albert Trigg who married Kate Bennett (sister of Gertrude) was only married the once.

Kate and Gertrude Bennett were sisters of my grandfather William Bennett of Plump Hill.

A bit confusing with all these Tom Triggs, but hope this helps.
