Hi Slowhands,

Reading more of the Will Ellen Annie Morgan refers to her other daughters as Annie Elizabeth Morgan and Hilda Alexander Hobbs, so we could probably assume that Elsie was not (yet) married when she went to New Zealand some time after 1911. The Will was written on 25 Oct 1937 and Ellen's husband Richard Morgan died on 15 March 1911

I have been reading the Will of Ellen Annie Morgan(died 10 Nov 1939)of Grandville 20 Littledean Hill Cinderford, in which she states that her son Sidney Ernest Morgan has borrowed £50 at 5% interest upon the deeds of Grandville for the purpose of paying the fare to bring her daughter Elsie May Morgan back home from New Zealand

Does anyone know whether Sidney managed to help his sister come back to England?
