Great difficulty registering but now OK Very interested in passing on details of family up to present time. Thankyou Tony and others for many interesting hours of browsing. Frustrated when I couldn't join in. My interest originally was to find out what became of Edmund Harris, my Father's father after the death of Lavinia Harris.Lavinia (Knight ) was the mother of William and my father Frederick, who never knew what became of him. Frederick was about 2 years old and lived with a Miles Family at Clearwell

There is another Mabel Annie Harris death registered in NZ:
1983/34819 Harris Mabel Annie DoB 3 September 1900

That might also fit in with your facts if she was baptised in Jan 1901?

Good Morning

My Great Aunt, Mabel Annie Jenkins, was baptised at Clements End Chapel on 22nd January 1901, the daughter of James and Mary Ann Jenkins (nee Morris)

I believe Aunt Mabel married a Frank Harris before emigrating to New Zealand between WW1 and WW2.

I met Great Aunt Mabel about 1968 when she returned to visit the family in Sling.

My family believe aunt Mabel died in New Zealand about 1980

I have been trying to confirm both her marriage and migration details without success.

I would appreciate any help.
