Thanks to you all for the replies. I'm sorry I have taken so long to get back but have had a nasty chest infection - its the damp down here in Cornwall! I had some of the information posted but not all and this is a great help, so thank you very much. If anyone has any memories or pictures of the top of Snows Lane I would be interested to see them. Also if I can do any look ups at the record centre in Truro for anyone I would be happy to.

Would love to find someone with links to these names: Godfrey Morgan b 1878, Dulcie Evans (previously Morgan nee Jones)b 1894 Also of Richard Morgan b c1818 of Christchurch area around 1894. Dulcie and Godfrey lives in Snows Lane, Lydbrook for many years as did my grandfather, Roland Evans who married Dulcie after her husband died in a pit accident at the Lydbrook mine.
