I have their wedding as 29/12/1822, but nothing of their parents can anyone help me on this. As William was born about 1798 in Yorkley, and Sarah was born about 1800 at Yorkley, I assume they were married in West Dean. At that time I think the Forest of Dean came under the Hereford Diocese, and Newland Church.
