Nellie Teague abt 1882 Bream Gloucestershire Daughter West Dean
Sarah Teague abt 1845 Bream Gloucestershire Head West Dean
Thomas Teague abt 1884 Bream Gloucestershire Son West Dean

They are all living at 'Breams Tuffs' according to the Census

Thomas Priest is listed as Widowed

Given that he married a Teague, Frances middle name was 'Sarah, the head of this family is Sarah, and this Thomas is living with the Teague family in the area you mentioned, this may be the one you are looking for.
