Sutton Farm or Wellingtons Farm (General)
I've only just seen this question (being a bit of an occasional researcher).
My mother, Marjorie Newman, was born in Sutton Farm in 1909. It was farmed (but, I think, not owned) by the Newmans from about the 1850's to about 1915.
Sutton Farm is now called Baynham Farm on the Ordinance Survey. The current owners in fact call it Sutton Baynham Farm.
It's a couple of hundred yards up a track from Wellington Farm, which I think is now the riding school.
Just to confuse thing further, the 1841 census shows the occupant of Sutton Farm as being Elizabeth Wellington and family, so it would seem that the two properties were linked, and maybe formed one farm at the time.
