Travellers Inn, Elton (General)
Hi,
I am looking for information on The Travellers Rest nr Elton. Apparently my Great Great Grandfather William Nicholls ran it. I am not sure when, but I have found him and his wife Harriet on the 1891 census at 13 Wellington St, Birmingham and cannot find them anywhere on the 1901 census, so I don't know where they were, but at some stage they moved back to the Forest and ran the pub.
Look forward to any help that I can get.
