Who was Timothy Bosley (General)

My grandfather, a miner, immigrated from Harry Hill to Lawrence Township, Stark County, Ohio in February 1883. During a family reunion we grandchildren got into a discussion on why he came to Lawrence Township. One remembered that grandfather once said " I came to this place because of old Timothy Bosley". However none of us had ever heard of a Timothy Bosley. Recently in a search of the 1870 US census I found that there was a Timothy Bosley in Lawrence Township, he was a miner, had immigrated in 1865, born somewhere in England in 1828. He son George born in England in 1853 was with him. I assume that grandfather must have known Timothy in England so does SKS have any trace of a Timothy Bosley in or adjacent to the Forest prior to 1865. In a later census there is a son Martin , born in 1858 who immigrated in 1870.
Thank you, Dewey
