I have an interest in Sarah Thorn(e) who was buried at Newnham on 16 Oct 1853.
She was aged 36 according to parish burial records. She was not married and if the same person, was recorded as age 26? in the 1851 census as a lodger living on Newnham Road. Born Stowegumber [Stogumber,Somerset].
RG 107/1959 Folio 58 Page 9.
I cannot find a record of her death in the Free BDM index, is there another way to find a reference in order to obtain a death certificate?
