I was recently looking at records on ancestry and it occurred to me that on the FOD transcript records you have not put parents names but on Ancestry records these are added.

Thank you for your observation. Our experience is that Burial Records rarely contain parental information and where they do that information is contained within our transcripts. If you are aware of any omission on our part then please let us know using the Database Correction Form which is delivered to our Transcript Coordinator for the appropriate action.
