John and Hannah JONES in 1841 census (General)
Sylvia
I have a Mary Jones born about 1820 East Dean with a father John Jones born about 1800. Mary married Amos Gibbs 15.12.1850 Ruardean - any connection ?
It would be interesting if so, as they had a son Amos Gibbs. Dave Watkins who runs this site is preparing a story for the Forest of Dean Stories & Articles, with details I have given him regarding the "Accidental" shooting of this Amos Gibbs.
