Committed April 27, 1830 by Edward MACHEN Esq. charged on the oath of Richard BENNETT and William COPNER on suspicion of stealing a qty of wheat, about half a bushel, the property of the said Richard BENNETT


Dark brown hair, brown eyebrows, dark grey eyes, long face, scar on right eyebrow, a mole on the right cheek, face rather fullest on the left side.

Second finger on left hand cut off at the right first joint, cut on the second finger same hand at the second joint, scar on rt chin, scar on the cap of the same knee. Left knee has been injured and lame in consequence, a large scar on his right side too small ones a little above the large one, a mole on his neck.
