Anne JOYNES born 1846 (General)

Anne JOYNES appears to be the last child of Stephen JOYNES (b 1804) and Elizabeth JONES (b1806) who were married in 1827. Their children wee Nathaniel b1829 (baptised Newent), Stephen b1832 (bapt Newent), Reuben b1834 (bapt Newent), Llewellyn b1836 (bapt Newent) [my great-great-grandfather], Alfred b1838 (no bapt in PR) died 1842, Ruth b1840 (no bapt in PR) Alfred Charles b1842 (bapt 1844 Coleford) and Anne b1846 (no bapt in PR). However, Stephen JOYNES died in 1844 (GRO Q1 Monmouth v26 p71 aged 40) and buried at Christchurch 29.3.1844 (this site). It is therefore difficult to see how he can be the father of Anne born in 1846. Her birth was registered as Anne JOYNES (GRO 1846 Q3 Monmouth v26 p89 mother's name JONES). Without seeing a copy of her birth certificate, her father is a bit of a mystery. She appears in the 1851 census:
Gloucester Road, Coleford
Elizabeth JOYNES 44 (1807) widow head joiner b Coleford
Nathaniel JOYNES 21 (1830) son coal miner b Coleford (actually b1829)
Rubin (Reuben) JOYNES 16 (1835) son coal miner b Coleford (actually b1834)
Lawelin (Llewellyn) JOYNES 14 (1837) son coal miner b Coleford (actually b1836)
Ruth JOYNES 10 (1841) b Coleford (actually b1840)
Charles JOYNES 8 (1843) b Coleford (actually b1842 and baptised 1844 at age of 1 yr 24 wks after his father died)
Anne JOYNES 4 (1847) b Coleford (actually b1846)
However, Anne JOYNES does not appear in any subsequent census, and I can find no death registration. There is nothing but her birth registration on FS, and only her birth registration and 1851 census on ancestry, findmypast or genealogist.
Anybody got any ideas?
