Missing JOYNES
Just a couple of quick items. If you check the Parish Records here you will find a baptism of Emma Bennett in 1844 in Newland - parents Edmund and Mary.
This seems to fit your 1871 marriage of Emma to Theophilus Joynes where Emma's father's name is given as Edmund - also at Newland.
Doesn't seem to link to any of the Bennett's in my family tree but I may find one later.
Best regards,
-Colin

This could be Theophilus JOYNES the Elder and the last one might explain his absence from the 1871 Census entry.
