We regret to say that there is nothing we can do to recover the message as you were most likely timed out and it was never sent to the server. Our advice to users when presented with this response is to press the browser back button and the message will generally be recovered from the cache on your computer. Next step is to copy and paste it to a text file, log back in to the site and post again.
The time available to prepare a post is governed by the server and for security reasons the server will automatically disconnect after a period of inactivity. In cases where the preparation of a post is taking a long time users can upload to the server using the preview button and thereby keep the line open but the best advice we can give is prepare the post offline, login and copy and paste the message to the site.
Finally if you still have the webpage open there is a chance you may still be able to recover your message by use of the browser back button.
