Rose Cottage, Whitecroft (General)

My grandfather, Cyril Egbert MORGAN was born in Rose Cottage, Whitecroft in 1897. I understand that his father, William Enoch MORGAN (registered as William Enoch MORGANS), had also been born there in 1865, and also his father (my GGGF) Enoch Morgan in 1835. His father, also Enoch Morgan, was born in Morriston, Swansea in 1803. At that time Enoch Morgan was a very common name, so unable to trace my Morgan family line via baptism records any further back at present.
William Enoch MORGAN died in 1945 and the house was sold. I understand that when my father used to spend his summer holidays there in the 1930s that the house was surrounded by trees, but sometime after 1945 the trees were all cut down and the house pebble-dashed. I saw it when my grandfather died in 1967, but cannot remember how I got there. Like most 18-year olds, as I was at the time, I didn't really pay that much attention to things like that.
Can anyone tell me if the house is still standing and if so where is it?
