apart from the one Mary that Slowhands found there is also a Mary James (75) living in Awre with Ann (born about 1806). If this is the Phillip James and Mary Marshall in my uncle's tree that I have been looking at I know they had a daughter Mary but I have a date of birth of 1794.

Is it possible that Philip died before 1841 ?

and it may not be the correct Mary
