l was sure l saw the gravestone of Emily Alice DEE 1874 - 1958 in the
cemetery on a visit to newent several years ago

on a more recent visit there seems to be a grass gap at the area l thought the grave was
l must be mistaken although she is said to be buried there

St Mary's Churchyard and the Cemetery at Watery Lane are different establishments.
I was in Newent in April and walked through the Cemetery but did not see any evidence of headstones being removed.

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF GRAVESTONES HAVE BEEN REMOVED IN LAST FEW YEARS

IF SO WHERE CAN I GET REASON FOR THIS AND WHERE ARE THOSE STONES NOW THANKS
