I am not connected to the family, but I am writing a book on families in newport whose ancestors came from other area. One chap who is a neighbour of mine, his mother was Ruby J H M Beach born 1915 Monmouth R.D who I believe was the daughter of David John Beach & Sarah Charles married 1901. I have no documents to prove this, but it seems that a Beach family mothers maiden name Charles were having children in Newport R.D straight after. I have got to make a few enquiries to confirm this, but I believe I have the correct family. I also dont know of any earlier children of David & Sarah, but my neighbour will probably know.

David John Beach was the s/o James Beach & Eliza Charles, who in turn was the s/o James Beach & Elizabeth Watts {this also has to be followed up as there an older child Caroline on the censues which I suspect could have been born illegitimate].

I have James Beach born abt 1807 being the s/o John & Sarah. Could you confirm this, I also notice that a John Beach left a Will 1841, do you have a copy?
