My reason for this is that Maria Williams who is a witness at the marriage is another daughter of Isaac & Mary baptised in Mitcheldean. I also notice that William Jones & Mary Williams were married by Licence, the marriage licence at Gloucester Archives would give you more information abou William such as age and occupation which might help.

They had a son William Jones baptised Mitcheldean 1805 and another son George Jones baptised Mitcheldean 1807. They did not have anymore children as far as I know.
I am struggling to find a baptism for either William Jones or Mary Williams as there seems to be too many William Jones and Mary williams born in the appropriate timeframe. Can anyone help?
