My great grandmother Edith Whittle was born in East Dean in October 1866. Her birth was registered in the Westbury on Severn district, the sub-district in Newnham. Unfortunately I can't make out part of her address and would very much like to know if anyone recognises my interpretation. It looks like:

Stripandat Il or perhaps Hl
East Dean

Edith's father's occupation is given as Coachman Domestic Servant if that helps.

I should be grateful for any information.
