I have over 600 Meek's in my Family Tree and it would be really good to establish if he is actually related, rather than connected.

Joseph Meek & Hannah Baldwin married 8 June 1801 Newland Witness 1: Mark of Charles Balwin Witness 2: Thos Bond.

Hannah Baldwin is the daughter of Charles Baldwin & Elizabeth Dovey. Again this couple are not directly related to me but I have many connections that lead to relations from 5 of their 11 children.

There are two baptisms for Joseph Meek within the Parish Records, but I have no corroborative evidence to prove it was either.

My hope is that someone else has Joseph Baldwin 1771 in their family tree and can help me.
