In 1901 I believe Bertie (Frank Phipps) was living and working in Abercarn, living very close to my GGeandmother who had just married William Parry from Woolaston.

Sometime between the end of WW1 and 1927 my GGrandmother left Risca/Abercarn and set up home with Frank Phipps. My GGrandmother became known as Mrs Phipps when they lived together in Parkend.I cannot find any marriage record.

I believe William Parry b Woolaston 1881 was still alive in the 1950's and living in South Wales (proably Newport or Neath). Again I cannot find any death record.

My priority is to find a death record for Bertie Frank Jordan-Phipps as I believe it holds the key as to why and when my GGrandmother left Parkend and moved to Nuneaton Warwickshire.

Any help in establishing the date of death for Bertie Frank Jordan-Phipps would be appreciated.

My GGrandmother lived with Bertie Frank Jordan-Phipps between 1925 and 1949 in the Square Parkend.

I am told Bertie (Frank Phipps) as he was commonly known, died between 1935 and 1949, I am told he is buried at Parkend.

Frank Phipps is recorded on the Parkend school admission records for 1931 as the guardian on my mother Peggy Phipps.

Can anyone provide me with more information or a date of death?
