Most of the houses in the area are on the other side of the river or the other side of the hill. What was the vicarage is now a youth hostel.

It is a a superb photo of the church which is located in a very picturesque area situated
on a hill overlooking the river Wye.

My Cole, Hoar and Woar ancestors lived near the church but they were probably
more concerned where their next good meal was coming from rather than admiring
the view.
