Ann Maria Clarke born c 1820 in Westbury on Severn (reply)

Hi, have found GRO index to the marriage & obtained copy certificate, details.
1845
1st quarter
volume no 11
page 537
parish Longhope

The copy is quite clearly showing Clarke as Ann's maiden name but christian name is indistinct for her father, surname again fairly clear as being Clarke.

I am fairly new to forums & am unsure how to send you a copy, if you would like me send it to you please can you give me some hints?
Thanks again for your help

Marriage of Ann CLARKE to William BULLOCK in 1845 (reply)

Thanks to all who replied, the original info I received was from a fellow researcher, I think he found this info for the 1845 marriage from Family Search.org, well documented by them, but I cannot back it up with marriage indexes! They also list a birth of Ann Maria Clarke c1819, but again no back up! I hate brick walls, will have to buy a bigger hammer to knock them down, thanks again for ongoing assistance

Marriage of Ann CLARKE to William BULLOCK in 1845 (reply)

I could only find one to an Ann Maria CHARLES.

I've asked Graham if he could check the original record to see if the surname CHARLES should in fact be CLARKE and if it has been mis-transcibed. Unfortunately he informed me that we don't have any imagery of the register concerned, so he will to check it out on his next visit to Gloucester Archives.

Ann Maria Clarke born c 1820 in Westbury on Severn

Hi, can anyone please help me with my research, Ann Clarke gave birth to Sarah Clarke in 1837, Sarah is shown on baptism as base born. I am interested in establishing who Anns parents were. Ann later married William Bullock in 1845, in the 1841 census she is shown as living with Thomas & Sarah Turner in Longhope aged 20, Sarah her daughter age 3 shown as niece. Sarah is also shown in the 1851 census as still living with Thomas & Sarah Turner age 13. Sarah went on to marry George Williams in 1859. I keep hitting brick walls with this one, can anyone please assist?
