Louisa WILLIAMS/RICHARDS/BAKER (reply)

I am researching a Nelmes family from the Bream/Aylburton area, and I am not having much sense.

Edward NELMES married Elizabeth RICKARDS/RICHARDS/RICKETTS in Monmouth 17 Aug 1866. They both resided in West Dean. Edward is born about 1837 and according to his marriage records his father was Sydney NELMES however I cannot find any trace of this. Elizabeth's parents were George RICKARDS and Sarah BRAIN

Maybe this is where your Richards fits in? Maybe I'm just clutching at straws.

Louisa RICHARDS?

My paternal grandparents were Charles and Louisa NELMES who were living in Lydney at the time of the 1901 Census.I have been quite successful in tracing
Charles's details but all I know for sure about Louisa is that she was born in
Chepstow in about 1882.I would be grateful for any help in identifying her
family background.
