Teague and Rook marriage South Australia, Coincidence or FOD? (reply)

just be a coincidence

Of course it could be, however its "feels" stronger than that - now the challenge is to find a link or two to help prove it :-)

William Teague - born at sea c1836
died 3 October 1903
arrived in South Australia 1836 (possibly with Mrs Jane Teague + much older sisters)
married 31 March 1863, Mary Emma Edwards
born 1844
died 30 June 1876

William was a wheat buyer of Stanley Hill, Kooringa, Clare

children:
Emily Laura Teague 1863-1855 (married Rook)
Ann Florence Teague 1864 -
Will Edwards Teague 1867 - 1927
born 20 March 1867, Clare
died 12 September 1927
married Broken Hill
Elizabeth Jessie Rossiter
daughter of Ed Rossiter & Elizabeth Holmes
born 1869, Moonta
died 31 August 1957

Teague and Rook marriage South Australia, Coincidence or FOD?

I have found a Thomas Rook born in Morphett Vale, South Australia (1857) and died 1945, (son of a Thomas Rook born I don't know where) married to Emily Laura Teague (born 1863 died 1885) in Stanley Hill, South Australia. They married on 15/5/1881. She is the daughter of William Teague and Mary Emma Edwards (details of place of birth not recorded either). He then married an Ada Florence Teague (born 1864 in Burra, South Australia, parents' names not recorded) in Adelaide in June 1886.
Could these Teague/ Rook marriages just be a coincidence or, judging by the names not being common, could there be a link with the Rook and Teague families of the Forest of Dean? The Rook and Teague families were linked through marriage in the Forest of Dean.
I found this info. on Familysearch.org and I am keen to know if anyone can link them? Particuarly as descendants of a later generation of the Rook family live in South Australia now!
