<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Whilst searching someone unconnected to the Forest of Dean I came across the following in the <strong>Gloucestershire Echo, dated 3rd March 1903</strong></p>
<p><strong>Accident</strong>:-</p>
<p><strong>George BARNARD</strong> (34) of Mitcheldean, a drayman in the employ of <strong>Mr Wintle</strong>, brewer fell while carrying a sack of flour and sustained a fracture of the knee-cap. He is now an inmate of the infirmary.</p>
