Hi Julie thanks for your reply. I have just had a look at the 1891 Census and agree with you the age is deafinately 19. Thanks again for your help.

Hi Barbara,

The nearest I can find in 1891 for Rosa is a Rose Brain born Bream, housemaid in Worth, Sussex, her age is transcribed as 49, the census image for her age isnt clear as there are bit black lines through her age. I personally dont think the first number is a four, more like a one.

Hi I am trying to trace Rosa born 1872 Bream. I can find her on the 1881 Census living with her Mother Mary and brother Reuben. There name could also be RICKARDS or BRAIN. At the time of the 1881 Census they were living at Bream Eaves. After that I can't find her, any info would be much appreciated.
