As this group is the nearest, geographically, that I can find to Ruth's birthplace, I am hoping that one of you may be able to help me.
I am trying to trace any details there may be about Ruth and her family, so far I have;

1891 Census: 'Rose' Irvin, living in Hatrlepool, age 38, born in Gloucester, Widow.
Along with her children there is also an Emma Howley, age 18, born in Hartpury, Gloucestershire.
1881 Census: 'Ruth R' Irvin, living in Hartlepool, age 25, born in Hartpury, Gloucestershire.
1878 Marriage: 'Ruth Rosanna' Howley
1871 Census: 'Ruth' Howley, living in Gloucester, age 15, born in Hartpury.
Apr-Jun 1871: 'Rose Ann' Howley died in Newent district
Jan-Mar 1857: 'Rosannah' Howley born in Newent district
Jul-Sep 1855: 'Ruth' Howley born in Newent district

I guess vI'm hoping to confirm that the 1855 Ruth is the 1891 Rose, who her parents and siblings were and any other relevant information.
