Here are a few photos I took in the graveyard at the Blakeney Tabernacle site in 2003.

Views from Brains Green.  Chapel Cottages was the original Chapel and there are still a few graves in the small area of land attached to the garden of Chapel Cottages. 

The grave in the centre of the group of graves is my gt grandfather's, John Lewis (marked with a cross on the photo).  

To my amazement even after 100 years the inscription was still legible. John lived in Brains Green and worshipped at the Blakeney Tabernacle. He was a Wesleyan Methodist and his children were brought up in that faith.
