To add to the problem, I have two Sarah Tingle's about the same time. I have the same detail as you have quoted as the Charles Herbert she married is my 6 times Great Uncle.

The other Sarah Tingle I have - but with all records of this age, I would appreciate any confirmation.
I have details as follows : Sarah Tingle bap 9 Nov 1718 Ruardean (BT not Parish Records) daughter of Richard Tingle 1683 and Mary Yemm 1687, married 26 May 1709 Walford.
Sarah Tingle 1718 marries James Waldin 3 May 1741 and their daughter Sarah Waldin 1746 marries Thomas Baldwin 1746 at Ruardean 17 Aug 1767, they had 9 children including Moses Baldwin 1777 who married Lucy Marfell 1775.

Going back to Sarah Tingle 1718, she had a sister Elizabeth baptised as Betty 13 Aug 1732 - again BT not Parish Records. She married William Dovey 1725, their daughter Elizabeth 1759 married Charles Baldwin 1755, 11 children including Hannah 1779 who marries Joseph Meek 1771 who features in a posting this week :

Where yet again confusion has arisen between Joseph Meek 1771 who marries Hannah Baldwin and Joseph Meek 1782 who marries Hannah Cooke 1792

The will of William Dovey born 1725 dies 1795 refers to son-in-law Charles Baldwin.
