hi, did anyone sort out with Samuel Rickards Pammela Priest married please

i have him a Samuel John b 1962 in Cambourne cornwall, as i
I was told he was born in Cornwall

His Son Amos moved to Wales where he married and had a large family

Mary Elizabeth,(known as Bessie)

had two children and did not marry until late in life
George Samuel was born in Cardiff and lived in a Childrens home before emigration to Canada
Arthur Reginald born 1909 in Bream was brought up by his Grandmother and later lived with Kate

Look for photo of brother Elijah Barnard Rickards and family at wedding of George Barnard and Ann 1898, sent in to FOD website today.
Father of Elijah Barnard Rickards appears to be Elijah Bennett Ricketts!

Thanks Kathy and Anthony. I would love any information you have. Elijah Barnard Rickards 1851-1913 (Samuel's brother) was my Great Great Grandfather. I don't have any photo's of him sorry. If I do get hold of any I will let you know. Almost forgot, has anyone found this family in the 1861 census as I can't find them anywhere.

Hi, I have been researching this family for some time, have a tree on the Rickards family, originated from Somerset, and also the Preece/Prest family.

this is my Husbands family, and their are the Descendants of Amos, who moved to Wales.

I obtained the birth dates from the baptisms on this website except for ANNIE and GEORGE which I found on Free BMD (births).I believe MARY ELIZABETH was also known as BESSIE.

I too have an interest in PAMELA RICKARDS nee PREEST. She was born PAMELA PREEST in 1852, she had a son WILLIAM JOHN PREEST in 1875 and a year later married PHILIP BALDWIN, he died in 1877. In 1881 she married SAMUEL RICKARDS ( I have a copy of the marriage cert.) I only know of 5 children of PAMELA & SAMUEL, I didn't have the info. of ANNIE RICKARDS. I note that you have REGINALD ARTHUR RICKARDS born about 1909 on the 1911 census; have you included him as a child of SAMUEL & PAMELA? He is in fact a grandson. On the 1901 census WILLIAM J PREEST (BALDWIN) is SAMUEL'S step son. Are you able to give me the names of the children of PAMELA & SAMUEL?
KATE PHILLIPS nee RICKARDS, born 1893, still has grandchildren living in this area.

Thank you, I know Samuel was living next door to Pamela in the one census record, the only census record that I have not yet found is the 1861 and it doesn't help with all the different spellings of their surname. Richard/Rickards/Rickets!
If my Samuel did marry Pamela (and they had 8 children) why have I found a probate that says: Rickards Samuel Richard of Whitecroft Road, Breams Eaves, Bream Gloucestershire died 20 March 1925 Probate Gloucester 8 April to Alexander Frederick Phillips Coal Miner £13 18s. I have no idea who this person was.

I'm trying to find which Samuel Rickards married Pamela Baldwin (was Priest). I have found this record:

but it does not give me the name of her spouse. I want to know which Samuel Rickards she married. I have viewed other public trees and they have Samuel John Rickards as her second husband. I have a Samuel Richard Rickards in my family and the only marriage I can find is:
