I've googled Norman Vincent WINTLE and this family are on Ancestor.co.za (is this your information on the South African website?) - password needed to find any more information.

It does have 12 WINTLE names and says Norman Vincent James Wintle died in 1932 (married Janet Lorraine) - was your G/Grandfather John Arthur WINTLE born in the FOD ? - and then his Sons i.e. Norman/Leslie/Arthur went to or were born in South Africa?

I do not have specific dates of when the move occured but I can however give the following details :-
My name is Robert Lawrence Wintle
My dad was Robert Lawrence Wintle
My grandfather was Norman Vincent James Wintle (married to Janet Lorraine Rankin)and he had two brothers (Leslie Grodon and Arthur Peter John)
My great grandfather was John Arthur Wintle

I would appreciate any information that will help me to further my family tree investigation.
