I would like to know why my grandfather Fred Shott was with Daniel and Emily Wood in the 1901 census. My grandfather Fred was only 6 yrs old. I wonder what the connection he had with Daniel Wood and Emily Price. I know Fred's mother Mary Ann Shott was in an institution, William the father of Fred was living by himself, his daughter Ada was living next door to William and was looking after Ada, Fred's sister.
