We have only transcribed the Gloucester marriages pre-1837, as the later marriages will appear in the GRO index.

Perhaps someone, maybe Graham Davidson, can solve a problem for me. We have a distant relative Eliza Stallard who married James Hopkins on 10 February 1867 at St Mary de Lode by special licence. This marriage does not appear in the Parish Records. Would there be any reason for this - are the records available for this period? I do not hold the marriage certificate and have been told about it by another relative but before I send for it, wondered whether it is likely to appear here at some stage.
