Anthony Duncan became vicar of St Paul's in that year (1965). If the baptism took place before his arrival, it may have been the previous vicar; George Smith.

I was married at st pauls on 23 Dec 1965. The vicar was Anthony D Duncan and was living in the vicarage at that time.

On my cousins burial in 79 it was Felix Watkins. Not sure if that is too late for you.

I am transcribing the St Pauls Parkend baptism's and cannot read the name of the vicar who was there from Aug 1965 onwards. Can anyone help.
