Thanks. My picture, which is extrmely blurred, is a photograph of a painting within a picture frame. I am hopeful that a new photograph will soon be available.

Hi Chris,

The date on your photo is a few years adrift. The first Daguerrotype photo, the first image that was fixed & did not fade, was not produced until 1837.

A search on Google using "Wesleyan Chapels Forest of Dean" should produce some results for you.

Does anyone have pictures of Wesleyan Chapels or Schools in the Forest of Dean area please? I have a very poor quality picture of a chapel/school which appears to be dated 1814 and is said to be somewhere in the Forest of Dean. Any help appreciated
