Have you managed to find Raymond's Birth Registration on FreeBMD?

Blowed if I can see it! That would show his Mother's Maiden Name.

Trying to find out more about Raymond James Hale baptised in 1913 at Bailey End Chapel. Mother is listed as Annie and father as Elms a Labourer. Would like to find out more about his mother 'Annie'. Could it be Annie Rook or her daughter Annie? Also have difficulty tracing Raymond James Hale in later life. Any help appreciated.
