I think it could be Ellen TEAGUE - if you look at the way the enumerator's writes his Capital 'T' i.e THOMAS and on page 16 - 18 onwards Tudor Street - the T is quite elaborate….

upon my searches for the above Christian names I found this entry working onbasis Elenor possibly being Ellen on later census....

What do you make of the surname?

can anyone find out who this lady is so that I can rule her in or out?
certainly doesn't look like Freeman... but can't see it anywhere else? could her name have been misheard?
