I can thoroughly recommend Dryslade Farm as a place to stay. You will find Daphne and Phil very helpful.
It has been a temporary home to many who are researching their roots.

How interesting,looks like a nice place to stay for a few nights,we realy must try and come down to The Forest for a few days,every think on this site
photos and stories,and knowing your family lived there,hopefully this year when the rain stops!!!

Hi,

Have a bit more info Rachael was born at Dryslade Farm English Bicknor.Coleford. This farm is still there,found it on Google Maps.
Its the spellings that get me so mixed up!!!
