Thanks for the speedy reply...

Concerning Caleb,I believe that the marraige to Elizabeth JONES was his first marraige?.
Looking at the parish records i notice that Caleb and Hannah PERKINS had at least three children before he died in 1831 i think they were Caroline, Fanny and finally James who would be my great great grandfather on my mothers side.

Caleb PERKINS & Hannah WOODS

I was wondering if anyone else was searching this PERKINS family line, i am interested in finding out about CALEB PERKINS i beieve his marriage to Hannah WOODS was his second Marriage,he was probably born in about 1784 and died in 1831.
It would be nice to actually link him with other PERKINS family of the forest of dean area, I do know that his son James was born the same year that Caleb died in 1831, it was James PERKINS who brought his family to the Welsh valley's,his final resting place being YNYSHIR ROAD YSTRADYFODWG in the RHONDA.

I shall try with this the PERKINS and WOODS lines before trying to find out about the rest of my Forest of Dean ancesters :) Cheers . . . . .
