I notice there as been in the past an interest in the DOBBS family, I was wondering if someone might be able to enlighten me on the following:

On December the 25th 1857 James PERKINS married an Emma DOBBS,Resinence at the time of MARRIAGE was at lane end, the certificate states that James is the son of Caleb PERKINS and Emma is the daughter of John DOBBS who i have no doubt was married to Amelia, What i would like confirmation on is,was Amelia formally WATTS before marrying John DOBBS?

Any information would be much appreciated.
