Thats a bit of a conundrum answered,it does seem to differ to what my cousin and family seem to have.There was a marraige certificate for her marraige to William Richards saying they got married at abt 1865 but he was gone by the census forms for 1871 andwe had a marriage to Robert Croak at 1882 in bream and I had no idea about the other man so it gives me something new to find out, thanks ang.

Hello

Although none of the baptisms state fathers name for Sarah Teague's children, the marriage certificate for Robert Charles does state a fathers name as Robert Croat but difficult to read so could be Croak. They married at the Register Office Monmouth on 26 Dec 1911. Fanny Smith father listed as James Smith. I believe her parents were James Smith & Esther Ann Hughes.

Sarah remained a spinster as never married her 3 partners. First 3 children it is believed father was William Richards, Huberts father on one of his marriage certs was stated as Edward Tillings.

Thank you very much that will help me out a great deal its a pity that no father was stated on the marriage info it's still a mystery wether his father was a Robert Croak 1850-? or wether it was my GGGrandfather William Richards Teague 1842 because she married twice and seemed to have 7 children by the pair of them

Does anyone out there know the surname of the women who married Robert Charles Teague 1884-Feb 1971.His mother was Sarah Teague 1844-1909.All i can seem to find out about his wife was that her first name seems to be Fanny and that she died around 1958.I cant seem to find anything else out about them because i seem to have 2 different fathers for Robert.
