Another PARSONS married an ALLAWAY. In 1885 Elizabeth PARSONS married John ALLAWAY(Ross 6a 757) but her parents were Isaac and Elizabeth(?) so I dont think Eliza and Elizabeth were related.

Sorry - slip of the keyboard. Eliza married Thomas ALLAWAY not James. James was Thomas's father.

There are two Eliza PARSONS born in the Westbury on Severn District around this time - in Q Mar 1849 and Q Sep 1850.
I took a chance and ordered the birth cert for the first one and struck lucky. So if it can help anyone else, Eliza PARSONS, daughter of Thomas PARSONS and Letitia PARSONS (nee WILLIAMS) was born on 4 Mar 1849 at Ruardean Hill, East Dean.
This same Eliza PARSONS married James ALLAWAY on 8 Mar 1868.

Can anyone help me with the birth details for Eliza PARSONS, daughter of Thomas PARSONS and Letitia WILLIAMS. I think it was in abt 1849 in East Dean. Eliza married Thomas ALLAWAY on 8 Mar 1868.
